CONTROLLED BETA TERMS

SignalDesk supports decisions; it does not guarantee outcomes.

Effective September 3, 2026. By using the controlled beta, you agree to provide accurate information, protect your account, and verify recommendations before making financial, advertising, legal, employment, or customer commitments.

Artificial intelligence disclosure

Magnetic Growth AI uses artificial intelligence to analyze information you provide and data from connected services. AI-generated recommendations may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your circumstances. You are responsible for substantive human review, fact-checking, approval, and lawful use before publishing content or acting on a recommendation. The application does not autonomously authorize spending, publish campaigns, send customer communications, change account access, or delete data without the required approval.

Beta service

Features may change, fail, or temporarily become unavailable. Connected Google, Meta, OpenAI, and notification services are operated by third parties and may impose their own limits and terms.

Marketing and ranking information

Analytics and Search Console reports reflect data available from connected accounts. SEO recommendations are guidance, not promises of traffic or rankings. Local Map Grid results are representative prototype data until the page clearly identifies a live ranking-data provider.

Customer responsibilities

Support expectations

Critical security, privacy, or widespread availability issues receive priority review. Normal beta questions are handled through the support channel provided during onboarding. Resolution times are targets rather than guarantees during beta.

Limitation

The beta is provided as available. Magnetic AI Marketing is not responsible for indirect losses or decisions made without independent verification. These terms do not waive rights that cannot legally be waived.

Ending participation

You may stop using the beta and submit a verified deletion request. Some security, incident, legal, or accounting records may be retained when legitimately required.
